We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Monthly Salary: 200k

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a customer service role
* B.Sc./HND in Hospitality Management or any related discipline
* Must reside in Ikeja or its environs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
